To add a video link, click on the Entries tab in your registration and look to the right for the "changes" column.  You'll see a blue button there that says "EDIT ENTRY" when you hover over it. Clicking on that button will take you to the screen to add the link.

Entries in OIL and Storytelling need to have a link to the Google Doc that has the video links.
